This is a basement apartment in a quiet, safe neighborhood, I have lived here 30 years. I live upstairs with 2 dogs, and 2 birds, you may hear them from time to time. In the winter, contracted snow removal comes early afternoon, so be aware that if you are leaving early snow may be in the driveway.
