Enjoy the perfect getaway staying in a cute and cozy mini home. Located on 400 hectares of historic farmland close to the small township of Ohaeawai.
Explore the farm with the opportunity to walk or bike on farm tracks then refresh with a dip at the waterfall only a 10 minute walk away from your accommodation.
An optional cost of a personal farm tour with iRoam Taiamai will introduce you to the vibrant region steeped in history, whilst touring through fantastic, revered scenery of life on this historic farm.

The mini home is contains a kitchen, bathroom with a compostable toilet and a mezzanine bedroom. An outside living area to relax and enjoy the serenity of nature around you.

Perfection
This little place is great for some time out - peaceful and sunny. Nice central location for exploring - 30 minutes to Kerikeri, an hour to Omapere, an hour to Whangerei.
A well thought out and practical tiny home - great for first-timers like us. Thanks Roger! We'll be back.

The mini farmhouse was perfect! Roger, the host, was very communicative, provided good directions, put so many homely touches into the house, and went out of his way to make our stay fantastic. We arrived very late at night but he waited up to greet us and ensure we found our way! The house had everything you needed on holiday, we wanted for nothing - great deck area outside, good shower, laundry facilities, and a very well equipped kitchen. The bed was comfortable and after a couple of days here we felt so well rested and refreshed! The location was ideal as it was very easy to reach many Northland points of interest but was set a few minutes off the road meaning it was very easy to access but you had total peace and quiet, surrounded by fields, with a stream and swimming hole just a 15 minute walk away. The mini house was such a retreat - the host had provided some information about things to do in the area - Roger was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us plan our time there - every recommendation was brilliant. I would wholeheartedly recommend the mini farmhouse, everything was wonderful.

Had a great time at the Tiny house! Hosts were very helpful & inviting! A great experience got us thinking about creating our own tiny home. Not far from Ohaeawai and Paihia. We did the beautiful waterfall walk on our last evening at the tiny home, it was magical! Highly recommend!
