Wonderful, relaxing accommodation

We stayed in a room with a private indoor and outdoor bath. We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing experience. Check in and check out were a breeze and all of the staff were wonderfully welcoming. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and the short walk into town allowed us to explore all of the charming shops and restaurants that Yufuin had to offer.

실내가 오래되었으며 담배냄새가 납니다. 식사 포함인줄 알았으나 조식만 포함이였고 저녁은 없었습니다. 가격도 다른 료칸보다 비싸고 조식도 맛이 별로였습니다. 다만 물이 아주좋아 온천 하나만 보고 가는 료칸입니다.

직원분들이 친절하고, 조식 석식 다 맛있었어요. 렌터카를 이용하여 위치는 상관없었지만, 유후인 시내와는 거리가 좀 있어요. 모두의 후기가 그러하듯, 물이 아주 좋습니다. 뜨겁긴하지만, 원천수가 계속 흘러서 그런거니 잘 저어주고 들어가면 많이 뜨겁진 않아요. 다만 물 안에서도 계속 저어줘야해요. 안저어주면 뜨거워져요. 한가지 아쉬운건 저희가 102호에 묵었는데, 바로 옆이 온천을 퍼 올리는듯한 시설이 있어서 새벽까지도 웅웅 소리가 들렸어요. 102호만 아니면 안들릴것같은데, 복불복이네요. 암튼 물이 너무 좋았고, 음식이 다른 료칸보다 맛있었어요.

직원분들이 너무 친절했어요. 처음 들어올 때부터 인사와 캐리어 옮겨주시는 부분, 웰컴와가시 등 첫인상이 너무너무 좋았어요. 방도 깨끗하고 좋았으며 온천 물이.......정말...최고였어요!! 다음에도 여기 오고싶네요 ㅎㅎ

유후인 물좋은 료칸 야수하를 갔다왔습니다.

야수하료칸은 유후인 료칸 중에서도 물이 좋기로 유명한 료칸이다. 명성에 걸맞게 예약한 객실에 딸린 온천도 신비로운 파란색 온천물이었다..온천물은 피부에 닿을 때 미끌미끌했고 피부에 좋은 영향을 주는 것을 느꼈다. 대욕장은 1층 로비에서 들어갔는데 생각보다는 작았다. 료칸 1층 객실은 개별온천이 포함이었지만 2층은 개별온천이 없어 불편해 보였다. 가능하다면 온천이 딸린 객실은 예약하는 것이 좋을 것 같다. 위치는 평지에서 꽤 올라가는 위치이므로 가능하다면 렌트카를 이용하는 편이 좋다..걸어 올라가는 것은 좀 힘들어 보였다. 나는 이틀 연속으로 객실을 사용했는데 만족도는 거의 100% 였다. 다음에 유후인에 다시 온다면 야수하료칸을 다시 예약하고 싶다.

すばらしいお宿です

一日3回お部屋の露天風呂に浸かり非常にゆったりできました。窓を開けると川のせせらぎや鳥の鳴き声で癒されます。虫もおらず快適。料理もとても美味しいです。是非リピートしたい。

住宿環境寧靜，房間已一早預備好了 tatami ，私人風呂温泉很棒，浸泡完皮膚很滑溜 ! 位置很方便，駕車到湯布院逛街購物非常近。

한국인스탭 불친절 심각함 韓国人職員の不親切は深刻水準

한국인직원의 불친절은 말로 형언할수없는 수준으로 심각합니다. 한국인고객에게 이럴거면 왜 한국인 스탭을 고용했는지 알수가 없네요. 2019년 12월 22일 체크인하면서 야스하 한국인 직원에게 렌트카업소에 우산을 두고왔으니 해당 업소에 전화해서 우산을 보관해줄것을 요청하는 내용으로 단 한번의 전화를 부탁했습니다. 제 일본어실력이 부족하다보니 부탁한것인데 한국인 직원은 비웃듯이 말하며( 일본인도 아니면서 일본인에 대한 긍지로, )그런 전화 안해도 일본에서는 우산 안가져간다고 우산은 그 자리에 있을것이라고 전화통화를 단박에 거절했습니다.결론은 다음날 렌트카업소에 갔더니 우산은 없었습니다. 누가 가져갔더군요. 전화만 했어도 렌트카업소는 제 우산을 보관했을겁니다. 이제 어떻게하실건가요? 책임지실겁니까? 물어내실겁니까? 이런 불친절한 직원을 둔 야스하가 배상할겁니까? 연락주세요.제 이메일로. 韓国人職員の不親切は言葉では言い表せないほど深刻です。 韓国人のお客さんにこんなことならなぜ韓国人スタッフを雇ったのか分かりませんね。 2019年12月22日チェックインし、泰葉韓国人職員にレンタカー業者に傘を置いてきたのだから、当該売り場に電話して傘を保管してくれることを要請する内容でたった一度の電話をお願いしました。 日本語実力が足りないから頼んだことなのに韓国人職員はあざ笑うように言って日本人でもないのに日本人に対する矜持で,そんな電話しなくても日本では傘を持って行かないと傘はその場にいるだろうと電話で断りました。結論は次の日レントカー店に行ったら傘はありませんでした。 誰かが持って行ったんですか。 電話だけしてもレンタルカー店は私の傘を保管したはずです。 これからどうなさるんですか? 責任を取りますか。 お聞きになりますか。 こんな不親切な職員を持つヤスハが賠償しますか。 連絡ください。私のEメールに

This is my second time to stay in Yasuha, same as last time I enjoyed my stay very much! Room is clean, service is great. What I love most is the open air bath in the room, you can see the forest view while enjoying the hot spring. I will definitely stay in Yasuha again if I come to Yufuin again.

Blue hot spring

I booked a Japanese style room at Morinoyu because of its blue hot spring. It did not disappoint me at all. They have free pick up at 3:00pm at JR station. The driver is a Chinese. The hotel is 10 mins from the station. However, you are not able to walk as it is up on the hill. A welcome drink and snack were served when we checked in. My room was just next to the public hot spring so I went there twice during my stay even I had a private spa in my room. I felt the skin smoother after I went to hot spring. I booked one night with 2 meals. The restaurant is located outside the main building. The display of food was attractive and I enjoyed it very much. A foot spa's right next to the restaurant so we tried it after dinner. The hotel sent us back to JR station on the next day after breakfast.

굉장히 만족스러웠던 숙소

유후인 버스터미널역 앞에서 픽업도 해주시고 다시 그쪽으로 갈때 데려다 주셔서 위치는 산속에있었지만 불편함이 전혀 없었다. 온천물이 너무 좋아서 온천을 많이 하고싶었는데 그러지 못한게 아쉬울 정도로 온천도 좋았다. 온천하고나면 온몸이 매끈매끈해져서 좋았음! 대신 가이세키가 맛이 별로라는 후기가 있어 신청하지 않았는데, 근처엔 음식점이 하나도 없어서 할 수 없이 맥스밸류라는 큰마트에서 도시락이며 이것저것 다 사갈 수 밖에없던 것이 좀 불편했다면 불편한 점이었음 아 그리고 한국인 직원분이 계시므로 일본어를 못한다해도 불편하지는 않을듯 함
