“Beliggenheten var perfekt, med gåavstand til det meste. Rommet var stort, moderne og rent. Jeg spurte om det var mulig å få badekar, og fikk både badekar og balkong. De ansatte var veldig hyggelige! Hadde sauna for meg selv, som besto av to badstuer og en dusj. Jeg nevnte bare tidspunkt på kvelden, og de varmet den opp til meg. Ved utsjekk fikk jeg sette igjen bagasjen i et låst rom, og hentet ut senere på dagen. De ryddet også rommet mitt, selv om jeg hang opp lappen på ettermiddagen. Eneste……

“Lovely room and very helpful staff. The room was so big and spacious and not what we were expecting so it was a very pleasant surprise! It all smelt amazing too, excellent location to main square, the staff were super as we needed a pharmacy late at night and the gentleman found one and told us how to get there so appreciated that! Communicated efficiently via Expedia messaging system to get access to luggage storage and had expected to receive codes for the room via the same channel. However, waited until half an hour after the latest check-in time and then contacted the off-site office and was told that they did not have a contact information that could be used. “Location was great, very close to Wawel castle. The room was clean and looked brand new. The entrance is discrete - Easy to miss. I wouldn't be surprised if we were the first to stay in this room as everything looked and smelled brand new. Unfortunately, probably my mistake, I was not aware there was no lift, which made the 3 flights of stairs to our room with luggage quite difficult. Additionally, workers were in the middle of tiling the main entrance - half tiled upon arrival and wet mud and……

“The location is out of the way but with easy transit connection. We had to reach out on WhatsApp to get the door codes. We chose it for parking but host at first did not give us a spot (had to ask). The Wi-Fi was surprisingly not functional and the TV cable was unplugged behind a chair. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable. The staff was super responsive on WhatsApp, though, and tried to help with the TV (which we sorted out after all, though after missing a chunk of a World Cup game).”
