The hotel was great. the only thing was that I chose it based on the breakfast being included and when I arrived they told me i had to pay for breakfast. Even when i told them I thought it was included, they just said no. The shuttle was prompt, effiicient and driver was very nice.

Hotel is huge. Room is huge. Breakfast is simple. Good parking underground. Has a lot of charging spaces for EV. But parking space is small. A Toyota 4 runner parked 2 spaces. The manager greets us at breakfast.

The room was rented with a broken TV and the hotel management didn’t bother fixing it or disclosing ahead of time. After making a complaint all the said was sorry for the inconvenience!
