「We had a lovely stay at this property near Russell. Check in was easy and the property is very clean and well-equipped. Instructions were clear and recommendations were spot on.The views are beautiful and we were blessed with wonderful weather and several beautiful sunsets. 」

「The property is perfectly situated, very private snd just a short drive from Russell. The LR and BRs offer a panoramic a view of the ocean. A four minute walk away is a sandy beach for swimming. I could not be more pleased.」

「Very warm and inviting feel. The spa is amazing along with all other facilities. Super neat and tidy property. Lots of room for 6 adults. Super close to paihia and everything we needed. Tucked up on a quiet street so it feels very private. We will be staying again i'm sure!」

「Big homely place with a great view of the Kerikeri inlet from the fantastic deck. Plenty of space inside and out, with a nice path down to a pagoda and jetty, perfect for sunny day fun and loungin. We had a great time staying in this little slice of Rangitane paradise, would love to return someday. 」

「Thanks for a wonderful stay. Super location, just a 5 minute walk into town and a perfect central base from which to explore the Bay of Islands. Brett's communication was fantastic throughout. We loved the house itself. It met all of our needs. Steep driveway but we found it easy enough to manage. Easiest way is to reverse into the driveway from the street, and use the garage buzzer to go all the way up into the garage. Highly recommend this property! 」

「We booked the Sunshine House for three generations to celebrate my Mum’s 65th birthday. It is a fabulous location, walking distance to Long Beach and Russell. The house is perfect for hosting a wide range of ages with multiple living zones and a number of bedrooms. Awesome views and indoor/outdoor living with a great deck. A full kitchen makes catering for babies, kids & adults easy and we liked being able to use the Weber BBQ. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We...
