完美的住宿體驗
我到達時已是晚上，當車輛到達後，我只需下車，就有職員到來為我取行李，汽車也會代為停泊。走到大堂的梳化坐下，職員立即趨前為我辦理入住手續，不用站在檯前，這是我第一次經驗到的。以務級數來說，真是頂級。房間寬敞舒適，寧靜整潔。早餐精致，竟然提供有汽的水。職員態度友善，服務欣勤。每次外出，都有職員將我租賃的汽車駛至大堂，極方便住客。整體而言，無可挑剔。

有泰國渡假感的酒店
名牌酒店已有一定的標準，但入住登記時見我們是3人，好像不知應如何處理，不停用電話查詢，需時過長，退房時加收費用較預期過高，早知多訂1間客房也差不多，餐廳服務很好。部份設施感覺有些舊，此酒店的賣點應是古典豪華設計感，但感覺似在芭堤雅渡假村，可能沖繩已是渡假的地方，總體是舒適及服務好的。

The best hotel I've stayed
As a frequent flyer, I have stayed in many hotels in different countries, and this hotel is the best one by far. Despite the upgraded room, the friendly staffs speak fluent English with kind smile. The valet, front desk, waitress and even the lady who took picture for us at lobby, everyone has done their job was in professional manner. In the room, you get everything you expect, and also things you didn't expect. This is definitely a recommended hotel that I can't find any disadvantage of it.

Good environment, good staff attitude, nice view. The food is delicious although the choice of restaurants is not too many. Too many insects, especially ants, in the cabana.

低調優雅提供服務入心的首選飯店
服務到位，餐點美味，每位員工都熱情誠懇為客人提供服務。飯店有很貼心的服務是在客房內都放有可快遞的包裝箱與快遞單。 有天我們前往飯店的海灘，在接送服務內還貼心設想到提供小包的防曬品給客人，因為我們忘記將自己攜帶的防曬乳從海灘帶回來，回到飯店泳池時還可以另外跟飯店索取小包防曬乳，因為如此我們才沒有曬傷肌膚。 飯店人員看到我跟我老公也會細心詢問是否需要合照，一次都拍好幾個角度，而且都拍得很不賴！ 下次如果再來沖繩，我們還是會選擇Ritz Carlton!

整體服務很棒的飯店,房間內非常的舒適,服務非常的頂級,房內風景很棒,可鳥瞰高爾父球場跟海灣景緻!唯獨早餐有點單調乏味讓我有點失望，唯ㄧ的美中不足!
