Qing, Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience with us. In your comments, you mentioned that your stay was interrupted by people playing in the halls. My hope is that all our guests experience a relaxing and peaceful stay, and I am very sorry that this wasn’t your experience. I can assure you once the front desk is notified we are quick to respond and send up our security team immediately. Unfortunately, not everyone is as respectful with quiet hours as we hope but we do our best to enforce it, up to asking guests to vacate the premises.

We came to OKC for a concert, the walk to Paycom was effortless! The room was average but clean. The AC was a little finicky and the bathroom was very small but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. The restaurant downstairs was amazing! We ended up eating there twice and Noah was a fantastic waiter! The parking garage was great and only $10! Overall we both mentioned how convenient everything was multiple times, we’ll be back next time we’re in town!

This hotel is a Bricktown gem! It has a parking garage attached which is super convenient. The restaurant on site had great drinks, service & food. I am not a vegetarian, but our server recommended the cauliflower tacos and the were delicious. All the food was great! We walked to dinner & to PayCom for a concert. The rooms are small and a little dated, but overall this place is awesome!

Overall nice property, rooms are a bit dated and bathrooms on smaller side as compared to similar hotels in classification. Convenient to downtown and areas are walkable. Overall nice property would stay at again.

The lobby was beautiful, clean and welcoming. The double room was a room with 2 DOUBLE beds not double queen beds like most hotels. Trying to get moved was a headache and we ended up in 4 different rooms before it was figured out by the manager. For the price I would have expected the rooms to be more updated than they were. Bathrooms were very small and poorly patched in several areas. The beds were comfortable and the king rooms were spacious, but with no seating other than the bed and a desk chair.

The carpet in the “upgraded” room was stained, ottoman was stained (looked like a bottle of bleach was spilled on it) and the headboard had a star cut out of it….complete with scratch marks. Classy!

The uniqueness was it was right down town, but the hotel is old and dark. Rooms are not well lit, bathroom is extremely small. Beds are comfortable. Staff was nice but check-in was rushed. The pool was closed for the season but that wasn’t noted in hotel information prior to reservation, so that was disappointing.
