Nice single-family 5-room house size 90 m2 on 2 floors, south facing position.
House is located in the district of Mavarstica 1.5 km from the Okrug Gornji town center, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 150 m from the sea, 150 m from the beach.There are reserved parking space in the courtyard (fenced,4 cars).

First Floor:
• 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cmx 200 cm), 1 bed (90cm x 200 cm), air-conditioned;
• 1 room with 2 single beds (90 cmx 200 cm);
• Shower/WC, electric heating;

Upper Floor (Outdoor Steps):
• 1 room with 1 double bed (165 cm, length 200 cm).

Spacious, comfortable, and fantastic views.

This accommodation is even better than the listing and photos. It is built on four levels with several different places to eat outside, relax, sit in the shade, sit in the sun shine, cool off in the pool. The views of the sea and islands from the terrace, the Bar b q area, and the pool area are all beautiful. The accommodation is clean and well stocked with kitchen equipment and utensils. We were 5 people but it can easily accommodate up to 11. The kitchen facilities are a bit cramped so it might take some adjustments to cater for 11 but with 5 people we had just enough space to prepare food. There are 2 bedrooms on the pool level (with a bathroom) and 2 bedrooms on the next level with the kitchen, living room and other bathroom. The stairs between levels are outdoors -stone steps - with two sets. Overall the accommodation is excellent.The location - it's a short walk down steps (3 minutes) to the sea which is lovely.However there are no cafes nearby which was a bit disappointing. Trogir is a short drive away and has lots of restaurants, ice cream shops, and cafes - a very interesting and attractive place.

Villa Dalmatia

We had a lovely time at the villa and were very well looked after by our host. The villa is well kitted out with all necessary items and even on a rainy day you would be very comfortable! We didn't have a car for the first few days of our 3 week stay and would recommend one if you are unable to manage the few steep roads in the neighbourhood. Very convenient to the airport and to the lovely heritage towns of Trogir and Split. We also made a trip to the Krka National Park (1 hr by car) which I would highly recommend. Much to do for lovers of the sea and plenty of good restaurants in Okrug and Trogir and some local bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Sehr schönes Haus mit atemberaubendem Blick aufs Meer

Die Lage des Hauses war für uns perfekt. Das Haus liegt ein paar Höhenmeter vom Meer entfernt, aber es ist überhaupt kein Problem mit größeren Kindern diesen Weg zu laufen . Dafür hat man aber von der Terrasse einen unglaublichen Blick aufs Meer. Mehrere Terrassen, ermöglichen es immer einen Platz im Schatten zu finden. Der Pool ist sauber und hilft beim Abkühlen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Alle Fragen werden sofort beantwortet, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut, in der Küche findet man alles was man benötigt. Wir können das Haus definitiv empfehlen, wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Great location, great house

Our family (5 adults and 3 children, ages 10-13) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was space for everyone, including many communal hang-out places like the pool. The property was very clean and it is located on the quieter side of Okrug Gornji. The views are amazing as was the communication with the property owners. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Amazing Place!

The views from the property are wonderful, as a group of adults & teenagers, there are lots of different areas in the villa to hang out in, plenty of room around the pool for everyone to have the sun or shade. The large outdoor kitchen was a real hit, we got fresh fish from the supermarket most evening and cooked up a storm. There is a really useful large drinks fridge in the cooking area by the pool, perfect for drinks watching the sunset. Location was great for getting to the sea and the breathtaking coastal walk, there are some steep steps but you get used to it. The small supermarket is around 20mns away but its a very hilly walk, we found taxis really expensive so hired a car at the airport for our stay which was much more cost effective. We had a wonderful holiday & Ivana & Marvin were super helpful with anything we needed :)

Eine traumhafte Aussicht

Das Ferienhaus liegt wunderschön am Hang mit Sicht auf‘s Meer. Es ist super eingerichtet und hat mehrere Aussenterrassen und einen grossen Grill mit gedecktem Sitzplatz. Auch der saubere Pool mit den vielen Liegen wurde von uns oft genutzt. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge auf der Insel und in der Region um Split (Trogir, Krka, Sibenik, Split, Solta). Der Flughafen ist sehr nah, stört aber nicht, da zwischen Haus und Flughafen ein Hügel ist. Ein Auto ist sehr von Vorteil, da Geschäfte und Strände doch etwas entfernt sind. Es ist hügelig und im Juli recht heiss. Allerdings gibt es sehr nahe vom Haus Einstiegsmöglichkeiten ins Meer, welche wir gerne abends genutzt haben. Die Klimaanlage im Haus war auch sehr angenehm. Marin und seine Familie sind sehr symphatisch und hilfsbereit. Wir haben rundum schöne Ferien auf Ciovo verbracht.

Wunderbar

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir hatten etwas Bedenken wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen, aber das war absolut unbegründet. Null Fluglärm da das Haus auf der "richtigen" Seite der Insel liegt. Wind- und Lärmgeschützt vom Festland durch einen Bergkamm. Das Haus ist genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Toller Pool mit einer durchgehenden Wassertiefe von 150 cm. Im Oktober waren wir jetzt nicht im Meer, aber kleine Fusswege führen direkt an die Küste mit Einstiegen ins Wasser. Strand ist etwas weiter. Im Oktober ist es sehr ruhig. Supermarkt fussläufig im Ort. Keine Hotels in der Nähe. Nur Appartmenthäuser und Wohnungen. Dadurch keine klotzige, hässliche Bebauung. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Terrasse, piscine et vue sur mer

Transaction tres facile avec le propriétaire, particulièrement flexible. Superbe vue et magnifique terrasse. Un peu plus d'ombre aurait été bienvenue sur la terrasse supérieure. Parking clôturé . En ce mois caniculaire, j'ai adoré le réfrigérateur de terrasse.

Fantastisk udsigt

Vi nød vores ophold og specielt udsigten over havet var fantastisk. Huset er meget pænt og rent. Lækker pool og vandet nedenfor huset er klart og rent. Vi er glade for at vi havde en bil. Vi kørte et par gange til Trogir handlede på marked og spiste aftensmad. Marin, udlejer, var meget hjælpsom og svarede hurtigt på vores spørgsmål. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Härligt och avslappnande

Vi var sex vuxna och två barn boendes i huset. Poolen och den närliggande uteplatsen var super! Underbart att kunna sitta i skuggan och titta på barnen som älskade att bada i poolen. Tyvärr hade affären som låg närmast huset stängt igen så lite mycket matplanering blev det eftersom vi inte hade någon bil utan fick ta taxi till affären. Huset låg högt och på så vis var det magnifik utsikt över havet. Hade dock önskat AC i alla sovrum, då vi hade väldigt varmt under vår semester. Grillen fungerade utmärkt och maten smakade väldigt gott! I beskrivningen hade det varit bra om det stått att bil rekommenderades eftersom det var en bra bit till affären och väldigt kuperat. Över lag är vi nöjda med vår vistelse, tack för härlig semester!

Fantastic villa with lovely private pool and beautiful sea view

Just had a great week at Villa Dalmatija. Quiet location and beautiful setting. Main beach on Okrug 25 minute walk away but smaller coves with cafes etc much closer. If you don't have a car, be aware that supermarket (small and limited choice, bigger ones are the other side of Trogir) is a brisk 15 mins on foot and is up and down some steep hills! Owner was good with comms, very accommodating in terms of our early arrival and helped to book friendly and reliable taxi transfers. Island is a relaxed place with a good mix of tourists from all over Europe. Trips to Trogir and Split recommended. Overall, a lovely holiday and I recommend Villa Dalmatija as a comfortable place to stay with a well maintained private pool, loads of outside seating space and fab views.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse i denna lilla pittoreska by, vackert omgiven av berg och hav

Fantastiskt ställe i fin lugn omgivning. Nära till havet och en alldeles underbar havsutsikt från såväl poolområdet som frukostbalkongen. Fanns alla faciliteter vi behövde, som tvättmaskin, diskmaskin, ugn, grillplats, uteplats under tak och såklart poolen med drickakyl bredvid. Lite synd bara att multimaskinen i gymmet var trasig och de lyckades inte heller laga den på de elva dagar vi var där.

This is a beautiful place to holiday and relax. It was very well equipped and had beautiful outdoor areas for relaxing and entertaining. The apartments have very good air conditioning which made it more comfortable particularly at night. It is situated in a very hilly area so walking anywhere is not very comfortable. We used a local taxi service which was very reasonable although there is very secure parking if you have a car. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!😊

Schöner Urlaub auf Ciovo

Wir waren fünf Erwachsene und vier Kinder ( 2, 3,4, 6 Jahre alt). Das Haus ist groß und sauber. Der Kontakt zu Marin war gut. Alle anfragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Ein Auto ist schon notwendig, besonders wenn man kleine Kinder hat. Die Lage ist ruhig.... und die Aussicht ein Traum.
