On the ground floor, the spacious living and dining area extends across 65 m2 and features a flat screen satellite TV and air conditioning, creating a comfortable and elegant space for relaxation and dining. Direct access from this area leads to the terrace and the swimming pool. An open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC completes the ground floor layout. On the upper floor, the first bedroom contains 1 single bed measuring 80 cm by 200 cm and 1 bunk bed also measuring 80 cm by 200 cm per berth. The second bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm. The third bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm and benefits from a private bathroom with a corner bath and WC, as well as a separate WC.
