Appartement très bien mais il faut trouver une solution concernant le débit de l'eau (beaucoup trop faible). Une eau chaude de manière aléatoire sous la douche et surtout une puissance électrique trop insuffisante (impossible de faire fonctionner deux plaques en même temps ou 1 plaque et la climatisation ou bouilloire/ climatisation.... sans disjoncter le courant...
