「房间挺舒服，在老城内属于相当不错的，还有一个漂亮的大花园，但是酒店开业不久，工作人员相当不专业，酒店没有餐厅，只有非常 简单的早餐和咖啡饮料。酒店大堂到晚上几乎永远看不到服务人员。总之硬件很不错，软件很差。

「The communication with the hotel from the get go was excellent. Mr Tanner was so kind and helpful from the time we arrived till we left. He’s very polite and so are the hotel staff. 「We could not rate this hotel more highly, the location was exceptional, almost everything you'd want (restaurants, bars, historic sights like Roman Bath House and Hadrian's gate) were all within a 5 minute walk radius.
