"I enjoyed the convenience to the shops and road to CBD, however, my booking was mixed up , the room I got is not the one I paid for and had to complain and the second day was moved to a better room but sill was not the one I booked and paid for. I tried to explain this to the owners of the place and because was traveling with my wife and a 5 months old daughter we could not cancel the booking."
"Excellent location very close to the city as well as main attractions like Table Mountain and Kirstenbosch. Our host was extremely gracious and went out of his way to let us in after hours late at night after our flight was delayed and to answer our questions. The on site parking is very handy for our rental car and the complimentary breakfast is delicious. Would highly recommend this spot for 1-3 travelers looking to see the area! "
"The apartment is neat and functional although sparsely furnished. The fact that there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was appreciated. All in all we had a very comfortable stay.
The location was less than desirable and we didn't feel save to walk anywhere from the flat. Reception at the apartment block was very poor.
The apartment have beautiful views of Table Mountain and Lion's Head but unfortunately also into the neighboring block of flats one floor lower. "
"My room was not clean at all. Mould, blood and other residue was found in the room & I was told the cleaner didn’t clean properly. That was the explanation. Can you imagine? I will not be returning."

"The staff is absolutely amazing. The rooftop bar and food was quaint quiet and perfect. The breakfast is simply amazing. We loved this stay. The location is on the waterfront, which is extremely safe, not extremely African, but very nice."
"Stayed for 3 nights in June 2025 prior to a group tour. The hotel is great and all of the staff members were lovely and kind! The only negative about this hotel is that it is essentially at the end of a dead end road (there is a security fence surrounding the hotel), so you have to follow the road back out to the main street to go anywhere. That being said, we walked around quite a bit, even at night, and found the area very safe. "
