“We LOVED LOVED LOVED our stay here. The host was very responsive leading up to our stay and provided easy instructions for check in and check out. We adored this house and really enjoyed the quaint charm. The hot tub was a real treat and was very clean. Really appreciated the hosts helping to make our stay comfortable traveling with our baby. The neighborhood itself was quiet and lovely. Super close to a nearby park and Lake Tomahawk, which we walked around and enjoyed the scenic mountains.”

“Beautiful and spacious home that is a 5 min drive to downtown Black Mtn or Montreat. We loved sitting on the balconies and would have enjoyed the fire pit were it not raining. Ample bed space and bathrooms for our party of 6. Highly recommend!”

“Great house for exploring the Asheville area. It’s not downtown so it was nice and quiet. Large lot for the pup to run around on. This would be a great house for a family get together or girls weekend. We loved sitting on the front porch in the evenings. Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. Loved the decor and ambiance. Would rent again and recommend”

“We stayed at the Dogwood Treehouse during the ice storm FERN in January of 2026. We knew going in that there was a chance we could get stuck, but we had been planning this trip for nearly a year and didn’t want to cancel. We don’t get away very often just the two of us, and we’re so glad we didn’t.The cabin was outstanding. It was extremely clean, very well maintained, and thoughtfully stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed, including quality pots and pans and all the little essentials……

“With the lake not yet active after the storm I was concerned if the younger adults would be bored or not have a great time. We all had a blast. That game table is a hit! Good for. A few minutes entertainment or several hours depending on what you want to play. Very comfortable beds. Very beautiful place. Easy to use tbs and kitchen ware. Enough technology to impress. But not ultra technical gadgets to complicated to use. We had an awesome time! Will stay again if available. Quiet neighborhood……

“The house is in a great location! The kitchen bedrooms and baths were well stocked! I had a small hiccup with reaching out to the property on Expedia, but once I had there number all was smooth and went amazingly well! I would recommend staying here when you're in the Asheville area.”
