“I’ve been in a ton of vacation rentals and this was, by far, the cleanest I have ever been in. Smelled like absolutely nothing. So great. Everything in the house was clean and really comfortable. Parking spots were great as the street got totally full even in bad weather.”

“Great stay at Old Orchard Beach. We didnt spend much time in the home as we kept busy but a few things to note. The shower door almost slid off so should probably be adjusted and the fridge is missing a handle, other than that, everything was just what we needed. Thank you again, we will be back again! ”

“In all, price was right for a group of friends to do a weekend of activities, nothing fancy, but provided a space to go back to in the evening. Ample street parking also makes this an easier place to stay for groups at OOB. As it was a little hard to to tell from pictures, I want to confirm the house is as described a 4ish+ Bedroom Upstairs Apartment. It has two private Queen beds, a 3rd queen that also shares its room with a full + single bunk bed, a futon in the living room and a room at the……

“Sweet, sunny, and comfortable. Great clean, air-conditioned space. Very comfortable bed, huge bathroom with great shower, large, wall mounted, flat screen TV, in a quiet, nice neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen, (although the k-cup machine leaked and then stopped working altogether on the 2nd day, and only one side of the 4-slice toaster worked. All to be expected when used by numerous tenants over time.) We enjoyed the quick walk to the beach and down a short way to the Pier to take in the……

“Excellent location, as close as you can get to the pier. Large, clean and spacious unit. May cost a little more than a hotel room but you get what you pay for which in this case is more than worth the price. Great stay, excellent communication with owner. By far the nicest accommodations in Old Orchard Beach.”

“My group of friends and I had a great stay here. It was clean and nicely decorated. It was also so convenient to get to the beach, just across the street and walking distance to the main attractions at OOB. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating. I would stay again and recommend to others! ”

“This was nice and cozy. It is one space with everything we needed. Located close to the beach and the tourist zone of this town. The Kitchennet has a toaster, microwave, mini fridge, and coffee machine. The sofa was a sofa bed and the outside area to sit down it is a nice touch.The only thing I did not like was to pay an additional insurance fee over the price of the stay. I could not find where this extra cost was aware. ”

“This was a great room with a bathroom and kitchenette. There was an added bonus of an old school arcade video game on the wall that my 10yr old absolutely loved. We even had fun doing some 2-player battles! The host was very communicative and easy to work with. Thank you for the great place to stay.”
