"Nothing was good with this experience. We were not given check in information prior to arrival other than what was on the original booking. Once we arrived we could not access the building of the address which I had been given. I called multiple times and was spoken to by a very rude employee who at one point hung up on me when I asked for the number she had on the booking form. I was then thankfully helped by a local man who worked Nextdoor to the accommodation who told me check in was at 5pm....

"The room was clean, although showing signs of wear. The 1st night we only had luke warm water to shower, probably it had been used up as the hotel was very full, it was ok after that. Staff were very helpful and courteous. The amenties were as stated, i only used the gym which was a bit small but had a reasonable selection of equipment. The food was ok a bit cold, but that is normal for the Spanish, but a good selection and plentiful. Drinks at the bar and restaurant were not overly priced."
