「Many carpet stains. No refrigerator in the room. No working ice machine. No bedside lamp. No elevator for the 2nd floor. No desk. Stale humid smell. They allow smoking in one section.」

「Perfect Location, with a kwik trip a few mins away to grab necessities. Quiet, Clean, Friendly Staff in the morning when we went to grab our breakfast, pool and hot tub was GREAT! Temps just right! 7 hr drive & a 4 night stay, we will be staying again if I come back to the area.」

「I booked through Expedia and 10 minutes later realize I booked the wrong day. I got ahold of Expedia right away and they said the hotel could not move the reservation because it was within 24 hours. I literally called to change it within 15 minutes of booking and Expedia and the hotel refused to fix it for me so I got charged for the night that was wrong.」

「I really enjoyed the vibe of the place to be honest. The rainforest room I stayed in was very eclectic. I sent many videos and photos of the room to my friends in Australia and the USA. The lady at reception was very helpful in the check in process. The location was very convenient and the coffee shop/restaurant across the road was really good and a big bonus for brunch.」
