The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was actually a suite of two spaces--a decent-sized living room and a separate bedroom with the en-suite bath. The easy parking in front of the hotel is a plus, and the other great thing is the location, close to the main RR station and central shopping area.

Felt safe

Excellent experience! I felt safe as a solo female traveler. The service was excellent, personnel were kind and helpful and hotel was clean. English communication good. Sauna was a bit disappointing, but there was some other small heat room that was pleasant. Overall a great experience and I recommend!

Clean, functional, non-fussy room. However, there were some details that were awkward for me. I am not terribly short (152 cm), but I could only reach the on button for the light over the sink by using my hairbrush to extend my reach. The towel rack was also exceptionally high, and I could just barely reach it. Such design mistakes do not meet anyone's idea of accessibility for normal items.

Ich würde nicht wiederkommen und kann die guten Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Viele Zimmer liegen im Erdgeschoss, dadurch viel Straßenlärm bei geöffnetem Fenster, außerdem zieht Zigarettenrauch hinein. Das Hotel hat allerdings keine Klimaanlagen sodass bei geschlossenem Fenster es schnell stickig wird und die Luft aus dem Badezimmer im Raum bleibt. Ich hatte Löcher in der Bettwäsche, bei dem Zimmerpreis ein No-Go. Gut waren die Sauna sowie kostenlose Getränke. Abstriche jedoch bei der Freundlichkeit des Personals, die keine Lösungen oder Zimmertausch für die o.g. Probleme anboten.

Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale, der blandt andet hjalp os med at finde ud af hvor vi kunne parkere i nærheden af Botanisk Have. Pænt og rent værelse med stort badeværelse. Kolde drikkevarer og ispinde var inkluderet i prisen, is er dog kun om sommeren (høflig selvbetjening fra køleskab og fryser på gangen). Gratis parkering lige uden for hotellet. God beliggenhed, bl.a. i forhold til den flotte slotspark.

Sehr schönes Hotel, zu Fuss vom Bahnhof in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr schönes großes sauberes Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung und gutem Bad. Umfangreiches leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Komme gerne wieder.

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Bahnhofs, davon hörte man jedoch nichts. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Ich wurde freundlich begrüßt und hatte nichts Negatives anzumerken.

War auf einer Dienstreise. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, hat ausreichend Parkplätze, gute Zimmer und gutes Frühstück. Nette Geste: man kann sich am Getränkekühlschrank bedienen und mit Kollegen im Aufenthaltsraum klönen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ungewöhnlich waren die kostenlosen Getränke in der Minibar und auf dem Flur, der Kaffeeautomat, der jederzeit und kostenlos zur Verfügung stand, sogar Eis konnte man sich nehmen. Top Hotel, sehr empfehlenswert, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist nachts der Verkehrslärm, aber man kann das Fenster auch zulassen. Fazit: Top, Top, Top... weiter so!
