「We had a nice relaxing stay」

「Our stay at Cold Spring Lodge in the Catskills was fantastic. The location is perfect, central to everything we wanted to see and do in the area. The cabin had a cozy, homey feel that really gave us that classic camping experience we were looking for. Most of all, the manager, Rose, made our trip even better. Her communication was AMAZING from the moment we booked until the day we checked out. She was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. We’d absolutely stay here again!」

The prior guest had been staying there for two months with a dog prior to our arrival and it was not adequately cleaned. There was dog hair covering the couch. The couch and pillows smelled like dog. It’s nowhere near the ocean. There’s no ocean view.
