“Hotel is very conveniently located. Staff are very friendly. They kindly stored our luggage prior to our trip to Matchu Picchu and that was very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable with basic amenities. Breakfast was good. As a minor suggestion, it would add a great value if hot water kettle and tea options could be provided in the room or in a common location as we noted in other hotels we stayed during our trip. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and we truly enjoyed it! It’s a great……

“The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was also quite good. The only minor issue was that the curtains in the room were a bit too light-colored, which let in quite a bit of light at night and affected sleep.

“Beautiful room, staff was very helpful. Gardens around the facility were amazing inviting lots of birds. Saw at least two species of hummingbirds here.
Was a bit of a trek from the train station, clear across town but the ambience was worth it. ”

“Wonderful staff and manager Hector. They were always friendly and ready to help in whatever way we needed.
The only suggestion for the resort would be to increase the pathway lighting. At night , it is is really hard to see the way back to the cabins.”
