「The backyard and the pool sold us on the listing and proved to be the star of the stay. We were glad we heated the pool for our April stay. We also enjoyed birdwatching from the backyard as it overlooks a little water. The house is very clean. The beds and all other furnishings are adequate, but nothing more. The kitchen is sparsely furnished and supplies seemed “rationed” to the day. None of this would prevent us from recommending the property or staying there again.」

「The place didn't get cleaned, I called it got cleaned. Two ceilings fans didn't work they got replaced. The lock on door would open with finger nail. That got replaced. Them the garbage disposal backed up. Two days before we left the disposal just quite working , I did nothing about it. The window are very dirty. 「We stayed here for a work trip and everything was fantastic. We set up a little workstation in the sun room so we had views of the bay while we worked. Dolphins came to visit one afternoon- it was great! The house was clean and convenient to everything. We took the free transportation over to the island a couple of times to explore.」

「The only issue I had was the neighbor. They constantly parked in my side of the driveway. I had to go around their cars constantly to get in and out in the morning and evenings. 「Our group was fairly diverse--some wanted to relax and enjoy a quiet visit, and others wanted to fish, swim, and play. This house was good for everyone. It was clean and spacious, allowing different groups to enjoy themselves without crowding. The night fishing was fun, and early mornings and evenings on the deck(s) were great.」
