Excellent location
Olomouc is one of the most beautiful cities in the Czech Republic, but with very few travelers. This is one of the best choices in town, just next the train station. Highly recommend!

Výborný volba zejména pro návštěvu Olomouce vlakem
Jsem ráda, že jsem zvolila tento hotel místo starších hotelů v centru. Je to moderni konferenční hotel, poskytující vše, co člověk může potřebovat (psací stůl, trezor na notebook, rychlovarnou konvici, ledničku). Zařízení je nové, postele pohodlné, z pokoje byl pěkný výhled. Dobrá snídaně s pestrým výběrem. Výhodná poloha hotelu blízko nádraží, odkud jezdí autobus na Sv. Kopeček a tramvaj do centra. Personál byl milý a ochotný.

During Corona Virus period, they are cleaning room each 3 days. Buffet is not very fresh, they recycle the food on weekends, when they don't offer buffet.

Het Clarion Congress Hotel ligt recht tegenover het centrale station (Hlavni Nadrazi) van Olomouc en is daarmee ideaal te bereiken per openbaar vervoer. Ik was met de auto en had dat niet van te voren aangekondigd. Dankzij een creatieve, flexibele receptioniste kon ik toch parkeren in de hotelgarage en kreeg ik een vaste plek náást de reguliere parkeerplekken. Mijn hotelkamer was minder superior dan de naam deed vermoeden; eerder standaard. Een volgende keer boek ik een normale kamer; die biedt namelijk net zo veel comfort ;-) Niettemin was het uitzicht -op het stationsplein en op de omgeving- vanaf de zesde etage mooi, had ik geen last van (straat)lawaai en was het ontbijt erg uitgebreid en lekker. Het personeel bestaat voornamelijk uit vrouwen, waarvan die bij de receptie erg vriendelijk zijn en die in het ontbijtrestaurant uit de categorie "ongeïnteresseerde studentes die eigenlijk model hadden willen worden" zijn. Het zijn geen horecamensen die met passie hun werk doen. De enige jongen -die ook alleen in het weekend werkte- vormde een uitzondering: hij signaleerde het direct als er een probleem/vraag dreigde te ontstaan en snelde dan te hulp om er iets aan te doen. Olomouc heeft een erg gezellig en mooi stadscentrum, waar je het beste met de tram (die erg vaak rijdt) naartoe kan gaan, als je niet van lang lopen houdt: het station (en daarmee ook het hotel) ligt best een stuk van het centrum vandaan.

A great stay in the hotel. Nicely located near both bus and train stations and either short tram ride or walk into the old town. Room great value for money and all you need for a few nights. Breakfast is ok. Overall great stay would go back !

Naprosto bez výhrad, vše dokonale funguje!
Hotel jsem po předchozí zkušenosti v říjnu 2019 s důvěrou zabukovala znovu, na delší pobyt. Hotel má výbornou polohu v bezprostřední blízkosti vlakového i autobusového nádraží a MHD, personál je ochotný, vlídný, profesionální, poradí i s dotazy netýkajícími se přímo hotelu. Byli jsme opravdu velmi spokojeni, ocenili jsme bezchybné fungování i pod doznívajícími striktními pravidly kvůli COVID-19.Snídaně velmi chutné a bohaté navzdory zatím menší obsazenosti hotelu
