「The AC is niot cooling & No towels in the bathroom and I have called the receptionist waited for like couple of hours no housekeeping or maintenance shows up & I decided to go down in the reception, the manager said the shift was changed & then she gave me towels, then maintainance guy came to the room playing with the remote etc & left with out talking or saying that the AC was fix.
