Die Lage ist zentral und trotzdem recht ruhig. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich sogar mit großem Balkon. Großzügige Stellplätze für Fahrräder. Frühstück auch okay. Grauenhaft ist jedoch der Großteil des Personals. Ständig stehen Mitarbeiter vor dem Hoteleingang, rauchen und führen laute und recht primitive Gespräche. Als wir ankamen wurden wir nur dumm angeschaut, keine Begrüßung und die Dame vom Check-in hielt es nicht einmal für nötig, hinter ihren Tresen zu kommen und rauchte munter weiter. Leider ist die Kundenbehandlung miserabel und verschlechtert den Gesamteindruck massiv.

Enttäuschend

Das Hotel ist auf Reisegruppen eingestellt, aber scheint wenig Interesse an anderen Kunden zu haben. Höflichkeit des Personals muss man lange suchen. Das Restaurant hat abends nur von 18-20 Uhr geöffnet und bietet Essen auf Imbissbuden-Niveau. Getränke sind im Verhältnis zu teuer. Die Sauna Landschaft hat die Besten Zeiten hinter sich. Obwohl das Zimmer im Voraus bezahlt war wollte man beim auschecken nochmal das Geld kassieren. Erst nach langer Diskussion am Telefon im Nachhinein hat man den Fehler gefunden. Für uns kein Erlebnis mit Wiederholungsgefahr.

Hotel ist in der optimalen Lage zur Konzerthalle

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Allerdings war das Zimmer was wir hatten etwas in die Jahre gekommen mit Teppichboden und älterem Badezimmer, aber trotzdem sauber.

Haettiin asiaksvierailua varten hotelliyöpymistä. Parkhotel Olsberg oli sopivalla etäisyydellä ja kohtuulliseen hintaan. Matkamme luonetta huomioiden emme pystyneet käyttämään hotellin kylpyläosuuksia. Riittävän isot huoneet ja aika sistiä. Eritysen hyvä oli henkilökunnan palvelut.

Fijn hotel in een mooie omgeving.

Wij in dit hotel al 3 keer geweest en vinden het nog steeds super. Een prachtig zwembad -sauna-solarium- en massage- kegelbaan- disco alles is aanwezig. De kamers zijn groot en allemaal met balkon. We gaan beslist nog een keer terug.

Op loopafstand van centrum

Ideale ligging om zo even het centrum in te lopen, ben je in 5 minuten. Kamers met balkon, bedden zijn goed, alleen tussen de bedden was niet gezogen, daar lagen snoeppapiertjes en andere troep. Ontbijt ruime keuze, voldoende plaats. Geschikt familiehotel, voor de rust minder geschikt.

Naturnära med bra standard

Mycket bekvämligheter finns tillgängliga på hotellet.. Inomhuspool, disco, spelrum, restaurang m.m. Dessvärre är det inte säkert att restaurangen är öppen för allmänheten vid alla tillfällen. Jag blev nekad middagsbuffé på kvällen, eftersom någon hade lyckats boka hela restaurangen.

Gute Lage

Waren zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr dort. Es waren fast ausschließlich nur Rentner im hohen Alter da. Frühstück war lecker. Das 17m Hallenbad war auch gut. Zimmer entsprechend der Kategorie. Einziger wirklicher Kritikpunkt: Die Couch war schon sehr durchgesessen.

Für kurze Übernachtungen OK

Wir machten einen Zwischen Stop. Waren im Fort Fun was für Kinder und Erwachsene ein Erlebnis war. Am Abend noch eine kleine Abkühlung im Haus eigenem Pool war für die Kinder toll.

Für Kurzaufenthalt ok länger aber nicht

Das Parkhotel Olsberg soll komplett renoviert sein laut Internet-Seite v. Hotel. Davon sieht man vor Ort leider nicht viel. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig aber keineswegs neu renoviert. Die Farbe v. Balkon blättert ab, Tapete an der Balkontür gelöst. PVC-Boden im Badezimmer ist einfach ein NoGo für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Für eine Nacht erträglich, da die Matratzen ok waren, länger würde ich mich dort aber nicht wohlfühlen.

Hotel met mooie ligging

Het is gunstig en mooi gelegen, maar om te skien liggen Winterberg en Willingen op 20 a 25 minuten afstand met de auto. Het is een rustig klein dorp met wel een paar winkels, hotels en restaurants. Ook heeft het een groot zwembad met diverse faciliteiten tegenover het hotel. Vriendelijk hotelpersoneel en eenvoudige schone kamers. Helaas zonder koelkast. Ontbijt is goed. Hotel is wel aan onderhoud toe in diverse ruimtes. De Balounge bar is reeds opgeknapt en ziet er verfrissend en leuk uit, maar de rest zoals de eetruimte en de Huttenstube zijn oud en echt op zn duits ingericht. Deze week waren er diverse grote groepen van busreizen. Veel oude mensen boven de 70 jaar, niets mis mee, maar we waren een deel van de dagen het jongste stel! Nu alle groepen weg en in het weekend komen er dan veel jongere families of stellen.
