2. Driving Parking for 2 vehicles. Detached Garage Parking for 2 vehicles (4 Cars Total). Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. Internet access in Alpine Meadows (satellite provider) is known to be slow compared to urban standards, especially in inclement weather. Refunds will not be issued.
4. The property is in a very high snow load area, 4WD is highly recommended.
5. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.

Great location

We love to ski at Alpine and this house is in a great location. The mountain offers a shuttle to pick you up which makes the whole day easier.Beware the steep driveway in the winter gets iced over. I could not get up in my AWD SUV with snow tires, which made for some stress. Pack chains if there is snow in the forecast.Also note, the second master is detached and requires a short walk outside to access.
