We're located in Blackstone just blocks from UNMC and a short, convenient drive to downtown Omaha and Aksarben Village.

This brand new building, completed in the spring of 2025, has been designed with your comfort in mind. With secure mobile access to the building, private Wi-Fi, a spacious 1 bedroom / 1 den / 1 bathroom layout, fully stocked kitchen, and sleek modern furnishings, this is the perfect place for a memorable and productive trip to Omaha, NE.

Sleeping arrangements:

2. Living area: Queen-size sleeper sofa
3. Den: twin daybed with twin pull-out trundle

Parking in garage is available for an extra fee. Otherwise, free street parking is available in the surrounding area and limited stalls available at back of the property.
