The rental worked out great for our families zoo weekend! Everyone slept well, the location was great for our weekend plans. Fun time with our adult children, their spouses and 5 grandchildren under the age of 6.

Great location, close to the zoo and there's a nice grocery store nearby. Plenty of room for the eight of us. The fans were much appreciated, especially because we forgot ours and need that white noise. Great communication with the owner. Thank you!

There was plenty of room inside the house. Everything was neat and clean. The house is aging and the floors creak badly when you walk. The stairs going up to second floor are steep and creak terribly. It’s hard not to wake up the whole house if you come down stairs early. No upstairs bathroom. The 2 bathrooms are adequate, however. We all heard a lot of nightly noise such as sirens and traffic. A lot of this is out of the owner’s control, however. We enjoyed our stay and everything was fine.

Older home, well maintained on the inside. Location was good. Although current road construction in progress outside the home. Property owner/manager was very responsive. The outside front porch/back entrance could use some TLC. Poor lighting in some areas of the home I missed the part where the second bathroom is in an unfinished basement. Toilet/shower is open to the entire downstairs basement, no door. However, there was a partition provided but we were not a fan of the setup. It was a nice enough place but I think overpriced! Would look elsewhere next time.

This is a very cute cozy home, Location was great to get to the council bluffs area and also in Omaha. the upstairs loft was great with all the extra beds, Do wish there was a bathroom up there. Would stay again

We needed a place to be able to socialize and space indoors to eat , talk and play games. This place was perfect, it was roomy, comfortable, and the dining room table was a constant round table of talking, It just happened to be the hottest spell of weather Omaha had been experiencing and we were still comfortable.
