This is a very dated place. The breakfast is not a breakfast. The floors make so much noise. You could hear people next to you talking and those above you walking. So noisy. The staff was not friendly. It was as if we were bothering them when checking in.

I could not watch tv because the remote did not work properly. They did try to switch them out but that did not work either also the drain in the tub didnt drain properly so the water just sat in the tub

In O. to stay with a family member post transplant
The rooms are old mine was dirty. You have to ask for blow dryer dishes etc. you have to take your dirty towels to desk to get clean ones. They charge 28.50 a night extra for dog. I am staying 15 days at a different hotel it’s 50.00 extra total for my dog.

I had trouble finding the Hotel. Staff were nice. I specifically targeted a place w/elevator, unfortunately, after one day the elevator was under repairs. I was on 3rd fl. so felt bad about the person who had to help get my luggage down to the main floor. Place was somewhat old but clean. No coffee pot, No breakfast bar

I like the size of my room. It was big enough for us to have guest over. I didnt like the fact that it smelt so bad in our room and the hallway smelt like cigarettes and weed. And the back door never shut so the safety of the guestwas always in question. Our carpet in our room was dirty and we found bags of trash under our bed and chips smashed under one of the beds. Great location but good use some serious updated and the floor was coming up in the bathroom and kitchen. Only positive was the staff was very friendly.

Scam never stayed
We have two service dogs nothing in the brochure or on your website said that we would be charged $330 for all dogs and then $10 a day for each dog. The ladies at the counter seem like they’re trying to pull a scam one couldn’t stop chewing the side of her face. We never stayed there. I will not be ever referring anyone to that scam.

Smelly, dark and dingy.
Its so dark in the rooms you need to turn on every light to see. No extra pillows, sheets, or blankets for the pull out sofa. I asked the front desk if i could get some and their response was "i dont think so." The carpet was sticky and the entire place had a weird smell. The place is so outdated I wont be staying there ever again. No cups or anything in the kitchen. I found an random sock in the pull out sofa. No fitted sheet on the sofa bed. Horrible experience.

Terrible customer service. I’m traveling from Indiana to Utah and I booked a reservation here to sleep 7 hours before finishing my 14 hour drive in the morning and they turned me away at 1:00am when I tried to check in because I had a trailer that was small enough to fit in a parking spot “because they had nowhere they could park a trailer” while their parking lot was over half empty. Terrible service.

Woke up next morning I didn’t plan on leaving at 7:30 a.m But when you get up and turn the lights on an see roaches crawling on the floor, in the bathroom on the wall in the shower crawling all on the towels, excuse me but no thank you I’m ready to go. So I Immediately left an informed the front desk about the problem. She never apologized for the problem, at some point some type of Customer service should’ve been used. So I asked to be called by a manager. I never received a call so I called, when I called to ask speak to the manager. The person who answered the phone her name was Robbie, and she said she was the assistant manager. She has no type of customer service skills, Very rude I don’t know anyone who would want to stay at a hotel that has roaches crawling all over the bathing towels and all on the shower walls and all over the place. When you get a hotel you get a hotel for the amenities towels the travel size soap the hairdryer the iron etc. Robbie the assistant manager, never apologized either her words were I spent the night so oh well. I asked for accommodations because I wasn’t able to wake up in the morning take my bath wash my face and get dressed and check out at 11 I believe the checkout time is. I don’t know anyone who rents a hotel and pays $90 like I did and does not want to use the amenities towels soap etc. before they check out so for her to say that I stayed all nite is unacceptable to me. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy..,,

Hotel definitely needs an upgrade. Advertised with full kitchen, which was true, but not one dish or piece of silverware in room. Had to check out dishes at the front desk. The people at the front desk were very nice. Coffee was served every morning but no creamer available. Had to go to desk to get some creamer and after day 4 or 5, there was none available, said to be on "back order". That is overall a little thing I guess, just a bit inconvenient.
