Breakfast Concerns
The hotel itself is very nice overall. However, the towels are extremely worn and rough and need to be replaced. The only other complaint I have is with the breakfast situation. Our first morning the woman in charge of the breakfast stood over me and it felt like she was following me around. Weird and awkward. The second morning I had to wait in line behind 3 of the cleaning staff while they made their waffles. I am all for staff having an opportunity to eat but perhaps you could give them their own waffle machine in a staff lounge. If they are cleaning rooms who knows where their hands and clothing have been. I am the paying customer I shouldn’t have to wait in line. It leaves me with a negative lasting impression.

Location is close to our areas we visited. The staff was friendly, efficient and responsive. The only negative was the floor of workout room needed cleaning and the stairwells needed to be vacuumed

Status of my stay
I had a good stay, the lobby area was amazing, my room was clean…..but I was disappointed with the drain plug in the bath tub…it was inoperable………however my over all stay was good.

We needed to look at 3 rooms before finding one that was accessible and didn't have broken toilet seat. Staff tried their best but no maintenance available.

Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. Hair and used soap all over. Floor was sticky and covered in dust/debris. The hallway and stairwell hadn’t been vacuumed or shampooed and was covered with food. Allowed other guests to run hallways and be loud/obnoxious with no reprimand. Could have been a nice hotel if it was cleaned and staff enforced quiet hours. Very disappointed.

This hotel was okay…we had trouble checking in. Apparently it was a problem on Expedia’s end, but the receptionist didn’t seem to know what to do. Instead of letting us into our room and then fixing the problem we stood at the counter for 45 minutes. (She could see our reservation and what room we were in but after that I don’t really know what the problem was.) our room was on the ground floor and the window was unlocked and the screen broken-made is feel not very safe. The shower was kind of dirty (mold in the corners) and the pool was pretty bad as far as cleanliness goes. The lobby was very clean and the breakfast was pretty good.

Very noisy, not able to rest due to conversations outside below my second floor room which was just above the hotel entrance. The property wasn’t full, why put guests in rooms near gathering locations? Yellow vested crew thought 4:30 am was the best time to laugh and joke before heading to their trucks. Also, traffic noise at this location is terrible.

Great place to stay to get away for a night or two
This stay went so smooth, it took all of 3 minutes to check in. The staff were very friendly. There were a few minor things that could be fixed like the dresser drawer sliding back out every time we closed it, or the tv taking a few tries to turn on, but outside of that everything was great. I will be staying here again.
