Hello Orel, Thank you for your review. I'm so sorry to hear that your room was not cleaned during your stay. As you are aware, travel looks a little different than it did a few years ago. Most hotel chains are currently offering housekeeping only on a request basis due to social distancing in an attempt to mitigate any risk to both staff and guests. I am disappointed to hear that your request for housekeeping was not properly documented so that our housekeeping team could accommodate your request. I will definitely be looking into our procedures at our front desk to ensure requests of this nature are being communicated properly.
