不滿：整潔度、職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
Where to start. No towels in either rooms I rented. We checked in and keft to go to a family gathering. When we returned to go to bed. The 2 pillows on one bed stunk of BO. We had commented there was a BO odor but couldnt place where it was coming from until we crawled into bed. My daughter took them to the front desk to exchange them and to get a blanket. The staff saidjust keep them and that they would bring up replacements within 15 minutes
No show.
Walking down the hall we were on the 3rd floor there was so much marijuana and crack being smoked i was afraid that it would affect our grandkids who are 2 years snd 90 days old. Our other room was on the 2sr gloor they saud they didnt notice that, but they also had no towels.
There was no shampoo or soap or a plug for the tub to give a w year old a bath. The toilet seat was not tight and i am really not sure if there might have only been q screw holding it on.
The office chair looked like they found it in the dump. The vinyl was peeling off so who ever sat in the chair left little black pieces everywhere else in the room.
There was a little basket of tea bags and coffee but pot anywhere.
Air conditioner ran felt somewhat coolbut did
Dehumidify the air so everything felt damp.
Going down for coffee in the morning i ran into a gal from the 2nd floor that was disgusted about her room, water from the sink ran straight all over the floor and that her toilet did not work mo one came to fix it. Makes my complaint minimal.
