Modern newly updated duplex - quiet location steps from Lewis and Clark Landing Park and Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge. Walking distance to Harrah's Casino home of the Stir Concert Cove. Minutes to the Old Market, CHI Health Center Arena home of the Creighton Bluejays and Omaha Supernova's. Charles Schwab field home of the College World Series!!, Steelhouse Omaha music venue, Orpheum Theatre, Omaha Performing Arts Center, Lauritzen Gardens and Omaha Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium. Many amenities close by with scooters and bike rental to get around and enjoy the river's edge activities and events.
We offer Spacious rooms with comfortable beds to relax after spending the day out at the many close attractions. Two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and a standing floor mirror and the other Bedroom offers a twin bed and a murphy bed both rooms with alarm clocks. Eat in Kitchen with K-cup coffee maker, microwave, blenders, toaster, pans and cooking utensils. Large Living Room with a sofa sleeper, Wi-Fi, Smart TV and games for a rainy day or just relaxing indoors. There is a private back patio for your enjoyment. We also have a covered carport and off-street parking.

The manager was great at communicating with me. She replied quickly and was very helpful. The location was convenient for getting to the CHI event center. The pull out bed in the couch wasn't very comfortable but the rest of the beds were and they had plenty of pillows and blankets. The amenities were nice. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. My kids enjoyed playing Jenga and other games that were available. Overall we had a very pleasant stay!

It was perfect for us! A very quiet neighborhood and nice property. The pictures and descriptions are very accurate - what we saw in the pictures is exactly how it looked and has everything you need for your stay. I strongly recommend staying here and we will definitely stay here again. The owner is easy to get ahold of and very easy and pleasant to communicate with. She is quick to respond to her messages. We had encountered a locked deadbolt upon check in - I messaged her and she returned my call immediately, apologized for any inconveniences , and promptly came and took care of it.
