I didn't like what I walked into with my family. The whole place smelled of pot and cigarettes. The staff needs to be much more stern with it's guests. Dirty diapers, empty pizza boxes, and garbage outside of room doors in the hallways. We were two doors down from someone I think was living there and the tv was blarring all hours of the night. I'm appauled I paid that much money for a place I could compare for a Motel 6. Bugs were found crawling around the windows, our key cards stopped working and were locked outside of the outside door and our room. The microwave handle had like melted marshmallow or something on it and the bathtub still had cleaner in it. Just really disappointed in our stay and I don't plan on returning when we come back to Omaha.

Might be ok for a quick stop but if you need to actually rest good luck. You hear every footstep every conversation I know not everyone will experience it but there were dogs barking constantly throughout the building.

This place was gross and I’m person was a much dirtier version of the photos shown on the website. Loud tenants, shady people, everything was dirty, stained, written on , crooked, and so on. The staff was nice though I had limited interaction with them. Not as advertised and over priced for the stay.

The room we had smelled very bad. The walls were paper thin and you can hear everything in the joining rooms. (A double door separating rooms) Great location with 4 good restaurants walking distance including a shopping center that was also walking distance. Friendly staff.

Television did not work. Pool was closed the first night. They over booked. I feel if we had arrived later we may not have gotten a room. Noisy, noisy, noisy.

We are sorry about the pool being closed. For the safety of our guests, we had to close the pool for the night due to the chemical levels. Your room was guaranteed, sorry for the trouble during check in.

Extremely limited staff. Went to check out and no one was there. Waited over 5 minutes and just left. No breakfasts. And dog poop out the door when walking out. Trash in the parking lot

We are sorry for your experience while staying with us. We do always have staff at the front desk but there are occasions where we have to step away to help another guest. Our maintenance staff picks up after the dogs and cleans the parking lot on a daily basis.

It's a slightly noisy area with the traffic but the fan drowned out the noise and it was a bargain of a stay. If you aren't too picky and don't need fancy, just safe, easy place to stay, it's a good deal. Staff was nice, building is pretty modest but again, good price for a quick trip.

The pictures on expedia have to be fake. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures. I showed the staff the pictures and they said they had never seen a room that looked like the one I booked. The halls were noisy and the people were scary. Stay somewhere else!

A couple was having a disagreement at 2am in the hallway outside our room with no regard for any of the guests. The ceiling the bathroom flooded from the room above. Not a great stay. Staff although very pleasant did nothing to compensate for the inconvenience.
