I was surprised how every staff person was so friendly and helpful even if they were just walking by me. Very efficient check in. Good price. Good shower. The only downside was noise. Walls were thin. When people walked on the room above us, the floor would thump and have a creaking noise. None of this noise bothered my wife.

Nice hotel!
Amazing hotel! We had different reservations at different hotel and had to leave because it smelled SO bad! We found this hotel at 9:00 at night and were very skeptical because of the first hotel disaster! It was a very friendly helpful lady at the front desk! It was new years eve so there was a party going on. They put us way on the 4th floor so us and our exhausted kids could get a good quiet nights sleep! Breakfast was amazing! Pool was nice! Only thing that would have made it better would have been a hot tub! I would give it 10 stars if it would have had a hot tub!

After The Orpheum stay…
We love staying here! Our room was spacious, quiet and comfortable with a complete kitchen. Although we did not use the kitchen during this stay we have on a previous stay. The location is convenient and many good dining options!!

Hotels.com had the wrong photos for the King Suite I purchased. There photo shows a one bedroom suite, so I booked it for my mom and her dog and I was staying in the other room. This was for my moms 81st birthday and we live far away form each other and met here Plus the pool, was super hot like a sauna? You can't swim in that hot of a pool. I tried to go again and I finally asked why so hot? They were waiting for a part? So I lost 5 days of swimming and not having my mom in a room with her dog. I aslo spent 2 hours trying to get moved or get reimbursed by both the hotel and hotels.com

The staff are so friendly! And the breakfast buffet was probably the best I've had at a hotel. The only thing I didn't love was initially finding parking, but realized there was a bunch of it I just didn't see right away.

This hotel definitely wasn’t work $200/night. It was very dated and needed a lot of TLC. The couch was dirty and squeaked while being used as a couch or a pull out bed. The pull out bed wasn’t comfortable because the mattress was too thin. The walls and ceiling were thin as we could hear people above us in the morning.

This was by far the best facility ever for location and quality! However, when the dog's room charge is more than mine, there is a serious problem. I used way more services than he did. He did no damage and i should not have to pay for the irresponsibility of other owners.

Thank you for your feedback. We do advertise our 150 pet fee on all platforms. The pet fee is what is set up by our management company to cover additional cleaning to make sure the room is clear of pet dander.

The place next door with the outdoor area was very loud late into the night. Ice machine didnt work in our room.

Thank you for your feedback. I do apologize for the outdoor venue next door, as it is not in association with our property. Usually during the summer months, weather permitting, they do host outdoor concerts weekly. While we don't have ice machines in the hotel, we do have complimentary bags of ice at the front desk. We hope you stop in again if your travels bring you back to the area.
