If I could rate lower I probably would - carpet stains, what appeared to be urine stains, no toilet paper or shampoo in room, no hot water in shower, and appeared to be a clogged drain. Pool closed, weight room closed, laundry amenities not working. French fries for breakfast. Front desk staff was nice, dealing with an unfortunate situation where they are set up to fail. 0/10 do not recommend.

Parking lot was not very good. No pool was available to use, staffing was very limited and breakfast was sparse. Should note on the website the dates the pool is available because we were disappointed not to have access.

The pool was closed the entire weekend. The breakfast was not good. Barely anything to choose from and the food available was not good. There is a Salvation Army next door and there were frequently drugged out people coming into the hotel and some were even staying/living there. I was there with my kids and that was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel AT ALL!!

Parking was probably the only half way decent thing. AC didn't work rooms were terrible(dirty, filthy). Staff were rude and refused to give me any clean linen. Pool wasn't working, secure store check out was never working. A manager was never accessible. DO NOT STAY HERE EVEN IF ITS FOR A NIGHT!

This establishment needs to be torn down and condemned! This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life. Not only was it absolutely filthy in my room, but the bed was sunken in and broken as well. Years of filth accumulated that has not been cleaned off of the walls along with carpet stains from God knows what. There are no amenities at this hotel. They have a huge bar, but it hasn’t been in service since 2017 was what I was told. I felt very unsafe at during my stay here. There are many transient people walking in and out of the hotel camping in the lobby while the staff just allows it. All day and night people are filtering through the hotel with trash bags full of stuff because they are utilizing it for free to sleep in the lobby. I saw a few drug deals go down in the parking lot and people loitering outside smoking and yelling at night both inside and outside of the hotel. Couldn’t sleep at all with all of this going on. Door locks didn’t work on the door so I pushed a chair up against the handle! Checked out early due to all of this. Property owner/management should be ashamed. Put some time and care into your establishment and put your guests first instead of the homeless and drug dealers you’re letting into this place!!

Never again. The only reason we booked here was for the pool. Which was down for "emergency maintenance". This was more of a homeless shelter than a hotel. People cracked out sleeping on benches outside, "regular" guests were cracked out and shaking and yelling at walls or things that weren't there. Everything was broken in the rooms, the beds weren't made, the counter tops were dirty and sticky. There were weird stains on the carpets and curtians. None of the staff spoke or understood english so when you asked for help they couldnt figure out what was wrong. Do not bring your family here or anything you dont want stolen

I felt like there were plenty of things to offer. In the hotel there was a little shop, you also were a short drive away from so much. The bed was amazing and the tv worked perfectly. Could have been a little cleaner in the lobby, but my room was clean.

The pool was out of service. The front door was out of service. The front elevators were out of service. The bedroom had urine stains in the carpet, mold and feces on the wall. This was by far the worst property I have been to. We did not stay, and instead just drove home. Never stay here!!

This place was disgusting, the rooms were dirty-beddings and towels included. The pool was not open. I checked in and left finding somewhere else to stay at my own expense in less than half hour later, this was after requesting a cleaner room (both were dirty). Don’t stay here, it smells like an Ash tray and they might have bugs (bug shedding on bed) , also seemed shady things were going on in the parking lot. Expedia had to contact them and they did not agree to refund me so I had to abide by the booking policy (mind you I didn’t stay-I left). If you stay there, do it at your own risk. This place is gross, you might catch something. (I wish I could put pictures)

First things first.. We ate in wheelchairs so we requested a handicapped accessible room. We did get that. Bottom floor . ✔️. We check in . Night staff was pretty difficult to understand. Then we get to our room .there was a giant discoloring of the carpet right by the door . Didnt think much of it..We laid down for a bit slept for maybe a couple hours.. Both of us woke up figit
