“House was good. Well laid out rooms, good space and well kitted out. Was exactly what we needed for a 40somethings friends weekend away. House is clean and decor is fine, although does look like someone has ram raided Dunelm and then scattergunned it all over. Quite a lot of peeling wallpaper and tired wall art. We enjoyed the stay and then the owner decided to try and scam us out of our deposit for a "broken chair". A chair which wasn't even there. Its in the advertised photos but we never saw……

“We stayed for one night – my wife, our four nieces (aged 4 to 14), and myself – and had a wonderful experience. The host provided clear instructions beforehand for parking, key location, and the lockbox code, which made check-in very straightforward. The apartment has two entrances; we couldn’t open the front door with the key as it was locked from the inside, but it was no trouble to walk around to the back entrance, which opened easily. “There was an immediate welcoming feel walking into this property. Maura was an excellent host and answered even silly questions promptly! The kitchen was fully equipped and there was a doggy bowl and a high chair if these were needed. Loved the fun sayings, and things like which bin was for recycling were clearly marked. Comfortable seating for 6 in the lounge and three comfortable double beds upstairs. Bathroom had some room to move and a heated towel rail. Parking spot right outside was grest.……

“I had to contact the hosts to get the key code and access arrangements, as up until mid afternoon the day before, I had not heard anything. Although the wifi code and password was included in the message with the key code, when we arrived at Coneygree I could not access my messages because there was no wifi. Suggest that the code and password be left at the accommodation. We had problems with the radiator in the bedroom not working, likewise the bathroom towel rail. Having lived in Worcester for……
