Loved it!

Tiny house and we loved it. there ich enough space in all rooms and for real: Most of the time we were outside. There are many places to be around the House, some older trees in the Front an the backside. An outside Barbecue place. We enjoyed pur Stay and Tanja was the perfect host. BTW: there ist Air condition in Most of the rooms.

Für unseren 3 Generationen Urlaub war das Feriendomizil ideal. Es gab mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich rund ums Haus. Der Pool war traumhaft schön und bot ausreichend Platz für mehrere Personen. Das ganze Areal ist rustikal und liebevoll angelegt. Ein üppiger Grillplatz ist ebenfalls am Haus vorhanden. Von dem sehr netten Vermieterpaar wurden wir herzlichst begrüßt. Zur Begrüßung gab es noch einen üppigen Obstteller. Bei Fragen sind die Vermieter stets erreichbar gewesen.Der malerische Ort Omiš konnten mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreicht werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe (5 Minuten mit dem Auto).Der Blick vom Haus auf die Berge und das Meer ist wunderschön. Hier oben in den Bergen hat man wirklich die Möglichkeit, in der Ruhe abzuschalten. Split und der Flughafen sind ca. 45 Minuten entfernt. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Zwei erholsame Wochen in Kroatien

Ein schönes komplett eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage, ideal zum Abschalten und Erholen. Der Pool war sogar beheizt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben es genossen

Tanja und Davor waren tolle Gastgeber. Wir hatten einen herzlichen Empfang. Die Beiden waren stets erreichbar und haben alle unsere Fragen beantwortet und uns gute Tipps gegeben. Das Haus war sehr sauber und wir haben die Klimaanlage genossen. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und wir konnten auch hervorragend grillen. Am meisten haben wir die Tage am Pool genossen. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist etwas holprig. Das ist vor allem dem Regen in den vergangenen Wochen zu schulden. Das hat aber dem positiven Eindruck in keinster Weise geschadet. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Gerne wieder 😄👍

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Tanja und ihr Mann sind einfach fantastische Gastgeber, unheimlich liebenswert und gastfreundlich. Selbst bei kleinen Problemen sind sie direkt zur Stelle und geben Tipps, wo immer sie nur können. Das Anwesen liegt wunderschön im Hang und hat einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Wir haben hier morgens sehr gerne gefrühstückt oder einen Kaffee getrunken und einfach nur die Aussicht genossen. Der Pool ist glasklar, sehr gepflegt und insgesamt größer als er auf den Fotos rüberkommt. Unsere Kinder haben ihn genossen und der Kleinste lernte hier das Schwimmen. Nur wenige km entfernt gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt (Tommy), in dem man im Grunde genommen alles bekommt, was man zum Leben braucht. Wir sind allerdings immer in den Konzum Richtung Split gefahren, weil er einfach mehr Auswahl bietet. Omis selbst ist wirklich ein sehr schöner Ort mit seinen schmalen Altstadtgässchen und -plätzen. Auf dem Weg dorthin hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Bucht und den Fluss Cetina. Leider haben wir es versäumt, eine kleine Bootstour den Fluss hinauf zu unternehmen. Die Schlucht muss vom Fluss aus ebenfalls sehr imposant sein. Das werden wir sicherlich nachholen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch ein Bootstrip, egal ob auf eigene Faust (bei entsprechendem Führerschein) oder geführt. Alles in allem ein wundervoller Urlaub. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Un séjour à l'ombre des arbres

Très plaisante petite maison à l'ombre des arbres (très apprécié lors des grandes chaleurs). La climatisation dans les chambres et un plus, tout comme la piscine chauffée lors de journées plus fraîches. Lits et matelas de bonne qualité, maison bien entretenue avec moult herbes aromatiques et fraises au jardin. Petit bémol, le manque d'ustensiles en cuisine. Avons acheté une passoire à pâtes... Tanja et son mari sont très réactifs en cas de soucis; pour nous un chaton abandonné qui squattait la propriété; le lendemain les propriétaires sont venus pour l'emmener chez le vétérinaire et trouver un adoptant. Merci à eux pour leur gentillesse, les fleurs, fruits et bières au frais à notre arrivée!

Perfekt und paradiesisch

Authentisches und liebevoll renoviertes Haus am Berghang, quasi mitten in der Natur. Hat alles was man für einen Urlaub zum Erholen und Krafttanken benötigt. Beheizter, fantastischer Pool, toller Grill, große Terrassen und herrliche schattenspendende Bäume. Im Haus Insektengitter im großen Schlafzimmer, Klimaanlagen, gut ausgestattete Küche, gemütliches Wohnzimmer, Bäder und WC tip top. Die Aussicht auf das Meer und die Cetina sind atemberaubend. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, es tut der Seele gut zu schauen, zu hören und zu genießen, und den traumhaften Nachtsternenhimmel zu bewundern. Mit dem Auto ist der nächste Supermarkt in 5 Minuten, Omis in nicht mal 10 Minuten, Split in 30 Minuten bequem und staufrei zu erreichen. Unterhaltung und Gastronomie also leicht und rasch verfügbar. Wenn man es mal schafft, von diesem Paradies wegzufahren. Tanja und Davor sind sehr herzliche und freundliche Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und reagieren schnell auf Messages und Anrufe. So einen tollen Urlaub hatten wir schon lange nicht mehr, einfach perfekt. Danke Tanja und Davor

Entspannung pur

Es war großartig. Die Vermieter sind unheimlich freundlich, kümmern sich sofort um eventuelle Probleme und sind immer ansprechbar. Das Haus, der Pool, die schönen Sitzplätze sind toll, wunderbar zum Entspannen, ausreichend weit vom Trubel zur Haupturlaubszeit entfernt. Wir fanden es einfach toll und waren traurig, dass 3 Wochen so schnell vorbei waren.

Lovely views

We had a great time. Tanja was a great hostess - very responsive whenever we contacted her before or during our stay. The house is lovely - fantastic views over the Med towards Brac and lots of places to sit depending on whether you want sun or shade. The pool was a welcome relief in the heat of the day - smallish but big enough for us. Split, Trogir, Krka National Park are all less than 90 min drive away and well worth day trips. We also enjoyed the Omis zip line! Plenty of places to eat out in Omis, which is 10 min drive away - you definitely need a car!

Excellent séjour

C'est un très bel endroit, qui garde une réelle authenticité au milieu de la nature, entre vues sur la mer et la montagne. La piscine est très belle et les jeux de lumière nocturne ont été très appréciés. La ville d'Omis est proche et agréable. La rafting sur la Cétina est une activité très sympa à faire en famille.
