"This was a beautiful apartment in the heart of Podstrana. A 7 minute walk to the beach and several restaurants, a 20 minute drive to Split. Sanka and Joseph were such hospitable hosts, we had everything we needed and the view from our room was incredible! "The villa is well located with a small shop, fresh bakery and fruit stand just steps away. There are a few restaurants on Stanici and there is a lovely beach in walking distance. A hire car is great if you want to visit the beautiful old town of Omis (where there are many restaurants, coffee shops and gift shops) also if you want to explore other beautiful beaches and the surrounding scenery more. The villa was spotlessly clean and had plenty of room over 4 floors to give everyone enough personal space. Plenty of bathrooms. The top floor kitchen opens out onto a lovely seating terrace with great sea views and sunsets. The outside area is pleasant and offers more seating. The games room, garden kitchen, snug and bathroom were lovely additions. The garden gets plenty of sunshine and the pool is superbly maintained. Our host was away during our stay but he still made sure everything was taken care of. We were greeted by a family member on arrival and Mateo's communication with us via WhatsApp was friendly, available and attentive throughout. Overall a lovely place to stay when visiting Croatia, we would definitely return."
