“This property wasn't easy to find because we had a problem contacting the host on arrival day but Croatia people helped and sent us to a coffee shop near the property. The staff there helped us to contact the host and after that everything was perfect. Really nice apartment in the old town area. For us it is 100% worth it. Highly recommend 👍👍👍”

“Villa Pocrnja is a fantastic villa in Tice about 5 miles from Omiš. It is beautifully maintained and has a glorious view out to Brac. There were eight in our party and so we had plenty of space and enjoyed all that the villa had to offer, in particular the lovely pool and the games room downstairs. The owner and his family live next door and so are on hand if you have any questions.”

“Great villa which was lovely and clean upon arrival. The pool is also great. If you do stay here you will need a rental car as you are up in the mountains and the road to get to the villa is steep and narrow so takes getting used to. You would need to be a confident driver. There is also a small alley you have to drive through to get to the villa which we just about got our rental car through (Jeep Compass) - any bigger and you won’t get it through so don’t get a big SUV rental. Friendly……

“We stayed here for 10 days and it was amazing. The location is beautiful and quiet. The accommodation is great, with plenty of space for our family of two adults and two teens. The bed in the master bedroom was very large with amazing views of the sea. There are two fully equipped kitchens, one inside and one outside by the pool. The pool is a good size. The dining area next to the pool is fully covered. It is about a 5-10 minute drive to Omiš, there are an abundance of places to eat and get ice……

“We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The property was well equipped and clean with lots of space and plenty of outdoor areas to enjoy the beautiful views. The location is absolutely excellent! Right on top of the beach, with a grocery store round the corner and a great restaurant a minute walk away.
The property manager was great and checking in/out was seamless. The only thing we hadn’t realised from the listing Which didn’t make this very clear was that this is essentially two separate……

Everything was in excellent condition, it's a fantastic location, with incredible views away from the business of Omis but close enough if you want to be part of the buzz.
