Discover this charming holiday home with a pool in Njivice, perfect for families, couples, and groups of friends! The cozy accommodation offers space for 2-6 people and promises an unforgettable holiday experience.



The 45 square metre apartment features a spacious bedroom with a double bed and 4 additional sleeping spaces on 2 sofa beds in the living area. The modern, fully equipped kitchen with a stove invites communal cooking and offers all necessary appliances such as a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine.



A great plus is the comfortable bathroom with a shower and air conditioning for a pleasant room climate. WiFi and a television with satellite reception ensure entertainment and connection to the outside world.



The outdoor area offers additional highlights besides the small pool: A fenced property of 150 square metres with a balcony and barbecue area invites relaxation. A private parking space directly at the building completes the offer.

sehr schöne Anlage, unfreundliche Gastgeber

anscheinend waren wir seit längerer Zeit die ersten Mieter und daher hatte sich in der Wohnung Staub abgesetzt und der Kühlschrank hatte Schimmel angesetzt, da hätte jemand vorher nochmal durchgehen sollen. Die Vermieter waren nicht sehr gesprächig und recht unfreundlich. Lage, Einrichtung, Garten waren aber top, liebevoll gestaltet und eingerichtet, auch wenn uns persönlich weniger Deko und mehr Staurraum besser gefallen hätte, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Schade auch, dass der Meerblick vom Balkon, der sehr schön ist, von zwei sehr großen Palmen verdeckt wird.
