"The staff was really wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and having the kitchenette was very convenient. The only things I would change-- the water wasn't very hot in the shower; I took showers at the hottest setting possible everyday and still wish it was hotter. I also wish they had dead bolts on the room just for additional safety. I thought it was odd that they didnt have one installed. Otherwise great location and it was quiet. I would stay here again."

"Amazing stay at Virgin Hotels Edinburgh! The location was super convenient in the heart of the old town by Victoria Street, and it felt super safe. The decor was tasteful and had a bit of quirky fun personality, and the room was equipped with everything we could possibly need. The service from everyone was fantastic and a special shoutout to Connor who went above and beyond. We ate at Eve during our stay and the service there was incredible as well and food was 10/10. "
