「We are 5 families who get together every 2 or 3 years, rent a house, and have a blast. This property seemed to be custom fit for us. Every room has a bathroom. The kitchen was never crowded. There are plentiful common areas to hang out and lots to do. The water was great. Do be prepared to walk over 100 steps from the kitchen to the water. The only negative mark is for the big metal hinge that connects the dock to gangway...it is as slick as ice and a couple of us went down hard...grip tape is...
