Accueil à la réception excellent ! A l'écoute des besoins spécifiques des clients. Buffet du petit-déjeuner complet, varié, de très bonne qualité. Les 3 petites marches entre le buffet et les tables peuvent être un obstacle pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Ensemble du personnel très serviable. Bravo ! Une suggestion : A l'arrivée, dans la zone d'activité, sous le panneau bleu "Entrée" bien indiqué que c'est "l'entrée hôtel". Je pensais que c'était l'entrée d'une entreprise. j'ai fait un tour complet avant de voir le panneau de l'hôtel de l'autre côté du porche.

tout était trèsbien, excepté l'emplacement dansune zone idustrielle et chambre avec vue sur le parking.... lorsque j'ai réservé j'ai cru réservé dans l'adorable petit village d'Onet le Chateau (où il n'y a aucun comerce) et NON dans la zone industrielle de Rodez, à ce moment là j'aurais réservé Rodez centre ville....
