"The hotel is outstanding and view from balcony is wonderful. Staffs are very friendly and kind. We planned to stay one day but extended one more day. Hotel is just a little bit outdated but well maintained. Food in restaurant was great too. Definitely want to stay there if we revisit Italy."

"We had an amazing experience with spa , incredible views and good breakfast. We received a bottle of local red wine as a VIP Expedia gift but free upgrades to room with a view on the lake was not available to us . The waiting staff were very friendly and the piano music in the evening felt very special . If the hotel provided coffee maker in the room it would make it even better."
