Worse than you could imagine
"When we arrived, there was dog pee on the floor, dog hair everywhere. Wasn’t clean, bathroom sink was dripping while using the toilet the leaking sink would splash you in the face. Black mold in the bathroom, our guests couldn’t even fit in the shower. No towels ready, activities weren’t working, ..."
