「The location and surrounding of this property is just amazing but I guess in terms of service and facilities offered the price they are charging they have a lot of room for improvement. 」

「Great location on hilltop, on the way to the highest point of Ooty (Dodabetta). Quite spacious and they have lot of activities to spend time. The best thing I like the evening tea stall that serves variety of teas to pick from with light snacks. And that was on the house! The availability of choices in liquor were limited. Food quality in buffet breakfast and dinner was OK - can be improved. We liked ala-carte dishes.」

「The towels were dirty, though they changed it the new ones were the same as old ones. Food was the worst part, nothing was available except tea and coffee. To top it off the manager was very unpleasant. About the property itself, it’s placed in a very scenic location and all we enjoyed was the nature from the room sit out. That was the good part.」

「First of all, it was disappointing. Despite having booking confirmation after reaching the hotel at check in time 0200PM , we were told that there was a technical error due to which the rooms are not available and we were asked to check in at another club mahindra property"Derby green". On reaching Derby green, we were asked to pay for additional charges for child. But during booking on HOTELS.com the child was taken into account and charges paid for all three persons.
