「We stayed for 1 night only in early October. The 2 bedroom apartment was excellent. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and tidy, as was the lounge area. There was ample parking in the basement area. The walk to the township of Paihia was along the sea-shore and was very pleasant, and close to the ferry terminal where we caught the ferry to Russell.」

「The location, just a block from the harbor, was excellent. The room was spacious, and the kitchenette well stocked. The decor was not fancy, but we were comfortable and felt at home, which helped make our stay excellent.」

「Amazing little bach, thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place is exactly as in the photos, clean, full of personality and has all amenities we could’ve hoped for such as a toaster and oven (although we didn’t get to use the latter). Fantastic outdoor area and the beach is only 1-2 minutes away. Town centre is a 20-25 minute walk. Thank you for the lovely stay!!」

「This place was a slice of kiwi heaven! The location is beautiful, perfect place to recover from life’s struggles. It’s isolated so you pretty much have the beach to yourselves.Also, having the spa is great for when the beach is a bit too chilly or after a cold dip.The owners are super friendly and accomodating as well, felt well taken care of. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay. 」

「Although the motel dates probably from the mid 1980’s, it is clean, and comfortable, with a kitchen comprising of an electric stove top, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge. All were in excellent condition, and the property is well maintained. Whilst we did not use the pool, it looked clean and inviting.
There are only 12 units, in a quiet street only 5 mins walk from a New World and Woolworths, with some excellent cafes close by, and a short walk to the Harbourside area and town.
