    Apartment of 100m2 air-conditioned + Wifi, very comfortable in front of sea (1st line). Recently built and for rent. Guarded building 24 hours a day. Magnificent 180 ° view on the beautiful and calm beach of Trouville in Oran. A view that you can enjoy from all the rooms of your apartment (see video taken from the balcony on youtube under "equipment" end of page) Located on the 2nd floor. Equipped with a large living room with television, a dining room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (shower, toilet, bidet, sink), a kitchen (microwave, oven, washing machine .. .) and a large balcony. Online payment on the secure site HomeAway HomeAway.
    Studio: air conditioning + Wifi + closed parking, independent entrance (side street Casablanca), equipped kitchen, bathroom, WC, 2 beds (1 pers.). Recently built and for rent. Guarded building 24 hours a day.
    You are less than 500m from the very commercial avenue of Trouville, near the Port Mers El Kebir in Oran where you can enjoy fresh fish. But also 20 minutes from the inner city of Oran and 30 minutes from the international airport Oran Sénia.

    Cleaning charge: 10 euros to be paid in cash on the day of your arrival
    Refundable deposit: 200 euros to be returned in cash on the day of your arrival (150 € for studio) and refunded the day of your departure.

Trés bon séjour

Très bon accueil dés notre arrivée. le propriétaire est très hospitalier le gardien est bienveillant et très serviable. L'appartement correspond bien aux photos il est bien équipé et très propre. La plage est à proximité ce qui a fait le bonheur des enfants. On a passé un très bon séjour en famille et on y reviendra C'est sûr.

Standing et confort, face à la mer !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le standing et la vue incroyable de cette appartement. Le gardien est très sympa et veille bien à la propreté et à la sécurité des lieux ce qui étaient important pour nous. Nous avons aussi aimé le calme de cette plage bien fréquentée à proximité des commerces et du centre d'Oran en voiture. Nous avons aussi bien profité avec les enfants de cette plage et des restaurants du coin qui sont pas chers. Nous recommandons cette appartement pour passer de belles et confortables vacances en famille.
