“Great place, but previous guests must have put dirty dishes and cooking equipment away as we found the air fryer was gross and a few other items. They were in cabinets, so I am sure the cleaning crew didn't think to investigate it. Otherwise it was very clean. The only other negative was that the number that can sleep there can't eat at the table together. However, it clearly shows this in the photos, so we were not surprised. We LOVED the screened-in porch and spent most of our time there, so……

“The unit itself is a 5 star experience but the parking situation is inconvenient. A narrow singular access point to reach the rear parking creates a gridlock when the other unit's guests block access. Having to go knock and ask them to move their cars became a nuisance. Otherwise the neighborhood is quiet, unit is spotless and close to UF. ”

“The house is clean and appreciate all the kitchen wares, clean white thick towels and nice soda too for VRBO in Gainesville. This is one of few places that is well kept in a college town area. We enjoyed our stay.”
