Within an 8 minute walk you'll find the stunning historical Cook Park which includes lovely gardens, duck pond and great playground and picnic areas. A 3-4 minute drive and you will be in the centre of town with cafes, restaurants, galleries and shops at your fingertips.

Sampson Cottage is a short drive to anywhere and you can walk to most places in the CBD depending on your activity level.
