Lots of spaces for friends

Big house with well appointed rooms. Perfect for our large group of friends. Great contained courtyard for the dog to hangout. Short drive into town.

Weekend with friends

I was given the task of organising a weekend away with 4 friends. No one wanted to share a bed, so imagine my relief when I found this property boasting not only 5 bedrooms but 5 bedrooms as well. We stayed for 2 nights and wished we had booked for longer. Created a perfect space for wine and nibblies in common areas, as well as a comfortable retreat when you wanted to have some time To yourself (aka me the heavily pregnant organiser)

Large house with alot of stairs. Some of the showers over baths which were quite high to get in and out with no grab rails and slippery surfaces. Dryer didn't work. Bigger dining room table to accommodate more people seeing it sleeps up to 11 people. We enjoyed our stay but there were a few things that could be improved.

Awesome house with bedrooms spread out to allow for privacy whilst great common areas to get together and enjoy a weekend away with friends.

House was beautiful. Everything was clean and wouldn’t have an issue staying again. Few things though:1. Downstairs is freezing (communal area and convection heater doesn’t cut it) - ability to turn on fire would have been nice. 2. Top bathroom - when having a shower the water doesn’t go down the shower drain, but instead floods the whole bathroom - based on the water stains this has been occurring for some time - having us to then mop it all up (not something we should be having to do when on holiday).

A different experience

Good location very poor cleaning and maintenance. Hair in bath carpet was extremely filthy. None of the kitchen draws or doors worked properly. Unterminated power cable hanging from ceiling. Strange layout but made it work for us. It needs a very good tidy up.
